Allocate Time
The first visit involves a detailed history and primary evaluation, which is a time-taking process. Patients should allocate a full day for this appointment to ensure comprehensive care without rushing.
Partner Attendance
Both partners should attend the session together, as many procedures require mutual consent and it's important for both to understand the treatment process.
Essential Documents
Bring ID proofs (Aadhaar cards) for both partners, as these are required for the national ART registry.

Ideal Timing
Women are advised to plan their appointment on the second or third day of their menstrual cycle for ideal investigations and baseline scans. This timing allows for the most accurate assessment of your reproductive health.
Male Evaluation
If a semen analysis is required, a minimum of 3 to 5 days of abstinence is recommended beforehand to ensure accurate results.
